Orleans Coyotes Baseball Club Policies

All participants, parents and coaches must adhere to all club policies.

Rowan's Law Compliance


Under Rowan's Law, all Baseball Ontario participants, including the Orleans Coyotes Baseball Club, must familiarize themselves with the Concussion Awareness Resources offered by the Province of Ontario.

Child Drop-off Policy

Parents/Guardians must remain at the field during the sessions and are responsible for their child at all times.

Refund Policy

  • If you wish to withdraw prior to the start of the season, a refund will be issued minus a $20 administrative fee. 
  • If you wish to withdraw before the 2nd week session, you will receive a 50% refund 
  • Withdrawal after the 2nd week session, registration fee is 100% non-refundable.

The Board reserves the right to cancel sessions due to insufficient enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances. 

Rainout Policy

Inclement Weather
All players and coaches should plan to attend their regularly scheduled session, unless you have received a cancellation notice. While weather can be unpredictable, the Club's goal is to host all sessions if possible (including during light rain).

The Club will do its best to ensure that fields are safe for the benefit of all players, coaches and volunteers. Rainout dates will not be rescheduled and are non-refundable.
Thunder & Lightning
If thunder and/or lightning is present, the session will stop immediately and all players, volunteers and coaches shall gather their belongings and seek shelter.
